Horrible experience Came in to trade our car in at the year end sales event and they offered us 4000 for our 2012 kia soul and tried to sell us a brand new 2018 for 21,00 Came in to trade our car in at the year end sales event and they offered us 4000 for our 2012 kia soul and tried to sell us a brand new 2018 for 21,000, we didn't want a new car, just a newer model with the year end sales event but they were not offering the 5000 over the value of our car like they advertised, so we left More

Completed work i did not authorize Was having problems with the puah button start in my vehicle. I called aaa they came out to test the battery they said the battery was fine so i took Was having problems with the puah button start in my vehicle. I called aaa they came out to test the battery they said the battery was fine so i took it to lokey to find out what was wrong as my car is inder warranty. They told me they would take a look at it..2hrs later i see my car pull out of the garage. In the two hrs i sat there noone told me what they had found or ask my permission to fix the vehicle. I told the service tech that the vehicle was finished. He then proceeded to tell me it would be $350 as it was the battery. I told him aaa told me my battery was fine and i never authorized them to replace the battery. He said fine i would have to wait they will rip it out and i can take it somewhere else....i wasnt about to wait another two hrs so i said no give me the old battery so i can make sure it was dead he said no he would have to charge me. I will be complaing to Kia Corporate as well. More

Paint touch Up Purchased a used 2016 Nissan Altima and asked to have a few minor paint touch up completed. I scheduled a date and time. When I arrived they took my car back immediately and made the necessary repairs and I was out within the time frame promised. However, I attribute this to Rob Nelligan. I have avoided purchasing a car for many years and this was my first stress free car purchasing experience ever. He is knowledgeable, friendly, great communication and listening skills, also has excellent follow-thru and follow-up skills. He will NOT over promise and then under deliver. When purchasing a car it is not only the relationship with you that is critical it is the relationship the Salesman has with the entire dealership (finance, service, etc) that is critical. Rob has a strong relationship with all the areas that would affect me as a consumer. I highly recommend Rob for all your car purchasing needs. You will not be disappointed. More
Horrible Service Department!!!! bunch of crooks!! These people took advantage of a 67-year-old widow when her air conditioner stopped working. Having bought the car at the dealer, we went to to get an These people took advantage of a 67-year-old widow when her air conditioner stopped working. Having bought the car at the dealer, we went to to get an estimate and the Service Manager told her the repair will cost $1200...when 9 months earlier the same dealer Lokey Kia in Countryside replaced the compressor and supposed to have 12 months warranty. They gave us the runaround stating that the air conditioner was not working for other reasons...after a while trying to find solutions and trying to understand why was the air conditioner not working...they decided to do a better price... $1100...feeling robbed, we took the car to another repair shop in Tampa...only to be surprised that the total repair cost only of $70.00...that's right!! I thought about calling the dealer back to complain but just the thought of the Service Manager saying I apologize or I am sorry didn't seem to be enough SO, public information and/or reviews online like this one will probably cost them some business and hopefully people will think twice before taking the car to them...they are a bunch of crooks that should be fired! More
