First, I'll say I normally drop my car off for any service issues, recalls (several in the past year) mornings, which I will continue from now on. This time the soonest appt was a Thursday at 2pm. After 3 & 1/2 hours of just sitting, they confirmed what I said the main issue was and still have to come back once the associate sends me pricing and any other recommendations. To add injury to insult, a car sales agent send a text msg: this is ___ I see you were in today, would like to upgrade. I'm like really?!?! I'm still here being way more patient than most people and you send me that text. Going forward, I highly recommend being more courteous of everyone's time. **UPDATE: 5 days and 3 calls later, finally spoke with someone whom states they will at least email the print out so I can move forward addressing the issues. I set an appointment 3 weeks in advance. I gave the dealership my exact diagnosis, I was told they could get it covered under warranty. I wasted an entire morning, gas and 3 weeks of having my car fixed for their lack of ownership and responsibility. I will not so business there again and would not recommend it, especially with all of the other options in the area. More
