Lokey Kia - Service Center

Relieved to find that Lokey Kia does walk-in service for vehicles. I live in South St Petersburg and the first available service date at my local dealership was well into November - too long to wait for a vehicles. Juan and his service team at Lokey Kia were incredible in fitting me into their tight schedule via the walk-in option (not available at my local dealer) and then providing outstanding service throughout the next several visits. While it took me 45 minutes one way to visit the dealership to resolve the problem (3 visits), each service event was well-planned, timely, courteous, and the estimates matched the resulting service charges. Definitely head and shoulders above in the crowded and sometimes sketchy automobile maintenance industry. Now that I've discovered Lokey Kia, I'll recommend you to all my friends and colleagues who need auto service or warranty work. It's refreshing to know that Lokey Kia and customer service espouse the same high values and integrity of service that I grew up with. Thank you! More

This is by far the worst dealer I’ve ever had to go to. Took three weeks to get an appointment for my AC that wasn’t working. They’ve gotten way too big for their britches and no longer focus on the custom Took three weeks to get an appointment for my AC that wasn’t working. They’ve gotten way too big for their britches and no longer focus on the customer as a person but rather a number and a review “tick.” It took 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment time for them to even look at my car. The appointment times are a joke. When I called for an update, they first gave me the rundown about a completely different customer’s issue and had no idea what was even wrong with my own car. I had to point out to him that he was talking about the wrong car. He said it would take another hour to get me an answer. Absolutely insane. I have unlimited oil changes with this company yet I have only used it one time in two years because an oil change that takes 10 minutes, takes 3 1/2 hours at this dealer. When I had to go home and come back, this dealer did not even pay for my Uber fees. Their so-called shuttle service was 45 minutes away. I do not have time to waste waiting on that shuttle. This dealership has no concept of the value of customers’ valuable time. I will tell everyone I know not to go here and I will never return. More
