Took my Kia in to have the window control fixed. Told them what was happening, they installed a new motor for 360.00$. Did not fix problem. Great customer service. I showed up at 8am without an appointment and they got me right in. I comfortably waited in their lounge and worked on my laptop and easily connected to their wifi.
