When I arrived at 8am to drop off my car, I was never greeted. I stood there for a good 2-3 minutes before I spoke said something to get the guys attention. He was abrupt and rude. He does not have a greeted. I stood there for a good 2-3 minutes before I spoke said something to get the guys attention. He was abrupt and rude. He does not have a personality to deal with people. When I came back that afternoon, same thing but now there were 3 people in there. I was there again for a solid 3 minutes before I spoke up. Now I teach sales for a living. If any of my sales reps ever treated someone like this they would not be working there. I have never in my life experience such poor customer service in my life and that includes going to WalMart. More
