I was called to come into dealership due to a product recall. I drove from New Port Richey to CLEARWATER for only a 5 minute approval from the Service Person. I was led to believe I would have to stay wi recall. I drove from New Port Richey to CLEARWATER for only a 5 minute approval from the Service Person. I was led to believe I would have to stay with my car while it was being worked on! I had to make ANOTHER APPOINTMENT that would last almost 3 hours to install the part. Then when I left the dealership the “engine check light came on! I had to get on US 19 to return to dealership. It took less than 5 minutes to rebook the wire disengaged while the work was done. I am 68 years old, COVID in FLORIDA is very high & I did not appreciate the waste of my time, my gas and putting me out there with this PANDEMIC! I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership!!! More

A pesky squirrel ate my wiring harness in my car for lunch at my Client's home! My Auto insurance towed my car into Lokey and they confirmed it WAS the harness chewed through and not the battery or alte lunch at my Client's home! Lokey gave me a sweet loaner car as they had to order the part for my 2013 KIA Soul. I was given a break on the total price (very expensive) as I have been coming to Lokey for 7 faithful years! I SO appreciate everyone there especially Esmeralda and Jeremy the mechanic! They are WONDERFUL!!! Lokey never fails to make me feel like family and they have a customer for life! Of course, they would love to have me buy a new car but my little Soul is so problem free, I want to hang onto it for a while longer! I told Michael Murray that he will have to wait a little more to be my Salesman, lol! I LOVE Lokey as they ALWAYS take care of me!!! More
