Lokey Kia - Service Center

Not at all happy with Lokey Kia's service dept. They charger me double what I usually pay for an oil change and the girl that checked me out could not explain to me why. Also, when I made the appointmen charger me double what I usually pay for an oil change and the girl that checked me out could not explain to me why. Also, when I made the appointment the girl I spoke with said I had a recall that needed taken care of and scheduled it for the same time as the oil change. However, when I came in for the oil change they told me that they didn't have the part needed for the recall and I would have to come back later for that. This is not convenient for me at all. They should have waited until they had the part before scheduling me to come in. After this recall is resolved, I highly doubt I will take my Kia back to Money. More

Chris got me in right away and John diagnosed the problem with my AC. I brought it back in a couple of days later to have the work done. Now my air conditioner (which is greatly needed here in Florida) is with my AC. I brought it back in a couple of days later to have the work done.
