I was horrified to see not one employee at this dealership wearing a mask. Being forced to sit in a waiting room where employees and half of the customers weren’t wearing masks was a great concern. dealership wearing a mask. Overall terrible experience. The car was kept longer than I was told as they don’t work on weekends & I was told that the rental would extend through the weekend when in actuality they overcharged me for the I was told as they don’t work on weekends & I was told that the rental would extend through the weekend when in actuality they overcharged me for the rental & charge me for the extra 2 to 3 days. Then when I picked up the car the work from the collision repair center was not completed. They did not replace one of the parts that I paid for and I also have to go back in a month to get a clearcoat on the rear passenger door. So overall pretty disgusted and not at all pleased. When my lease is up I will be returning the car More
