I usually have good things to say about Lokey Kia service (service for my 2012 Optima was great) but since I purchased a 2019 Kia Niro from them they’ve gone from 5 stars to 2. They’ve now had my car for 4 (service for my 2012 Optima was great) but since I purchased a 2019 Kia Niro from them they’ve gone from 5 stars to 2. They’ve now had my car for 4 days and getting someone to call me to let me know what’s going on with my vehicle has been extremely frustrating. I was finally able to speak with someone on day 2 who told me they only have two technicians that work on hybrids so they hadn’t done any diagnostics yet. He said it would most likely be a couple days and to call back if I didn’t hear from someone. Day 4 today and once again after several messages I still haven’t talked to anyone who can tell me what’s going on. I’m relying on a friend to get to work since they won’t give me a loaner until the car is diagnosed and they confirm it’s under warranty. Tomorrow is day 5 and if they still don’t call back after today’s messages I will amend to 1 star. More

The service drive was cluttered, Cars blocking exit out of drive, techs have to back out instead of just pulling forward. Why do you have booker located in customer area? Question advisor and your records showed I bought car from your dealership. I did not. So advisor corrected issue, and I paid for my service. Dose this happen often??? More
