I brought my Kia in which was still under warranty The engine was feeling like it was going to shut off the service representative came to me and said that the negative wire that connects to my battery wa engine was feeling like it was going to shut off the service representative came to me and said that the negative wire that connects to my battery was loose the screw was loose on the post the sales person said cents that was not under the warranty I will be charged $53 for the diagnostic and for them to tighten the screw So the cable will stay on the battery I asked if I could just tighten the screw and not be charged a $53 and the sales person said no that was the diagnostic charge since the repair was not under warranty I called and left two voicemails with the service manager who never returned my call do not go to this dealership the complementary oil change is nice but they will try to charge you for whatever they can I drove an hour and 20 minutesAway from my house to this dealership where I purchased two cars I will never return to this dealership again More
