Nice people Great service but prices are a bit steep. However, I suppose that's simply "the way it is" almost everywhere now. Another Great experience at Lokey KIA My wife and I bought our 2017 KIA Forte brand new. We have been extremely pleased with both the car and the service center. Harrison my "New" Service Advisor I came into my routine oil change had to have my alignment rechecked. There were a few other minor issues but everything was taken care of quickly and I came into my routine oil change had to have my alignment rechecked. Problems were not addressed. Was told they could not replicate the problem. Without a road test it could not be replicated & that was not done.
