This was my worst experience buying a new car I purchased a 2019 kia optima. Its going on 4 weeks and i ve brought the car back every week since. Because of a vibration. I wouldn't recommend anyone there. Or rather to a salesman named Tonoka he sold me a car with a recall and plenty of work that need to be done. But its a new car they say. Spoke with the GM of kia. He asked to bring back the car and leave it a couple of days. I seeked advice from friendly kia about the issues. By the way the car was a gift from my girlfriend and we are both unhappy Go to friendly kia a better experience. Tell them Rico sent you. More

Waited 90 minutes for an oil change What is the point of scheduling an appointment for a 20 minute oil change if it is going to take an hour to even start working on the car? I was told it was a “high volume day,” but all the vehicles ahead of me had appointments, which means your company scheduled it to be “high volume.” I understand that it is in your interest to create barriers for customers who are trying to get their free oil changes after purchasing a car from you, but your sign saying that you are “respectful of your customer’s time” is patently false.
