Service Center Review of Payne Our Kia (Lokey) service center technicians (Mr. Harrison was our point man, there) was very attentive to our (my wife's Sorento) needs and did a great Our Kia (Lokey) service center technicians (Mr. Harrison was our point man, there) was very attentive to our (my wife's Sorento) needs and did a great job at ensuring top-notch servicing twas accomplished on her aging (2011) vehicle. There were some hiccups, but mostly due to the Sorento - not the service department. We appreciate the well-oiled team working there.... Our family (daughter has a Soul - she loves) will be back for service....for sure! Too bad your sales department was not able to meet my "needs" on the 2019 Kia Optima LX/Turbo on your showroom floor. Each of us would be able to have a Kia. More
