This truly is a service center that concentrates on their customer service. I cannot say how nice it was. I returned to work and told everyone how great it was. The service writer walked me to the car and as we talked, he wiped my headlights off, since I choose not to have the car washed. Not sure of his name, but he truly is an asset to Lokey Kia. More
Excellent Customer Care The battery in my 2016 Kia Sorento failed 3 days before the 3 year battery warranty expired. My warranty documents stated the 3 year warranty. Accordi The battery in my 2016 Kia Sorento failed 3 days before the 3 year battery warranty expired. My warranty documents stated the 3 year warranty. According to Kia, the company withdrew the coverage. The Lokey Kia dealer decided the replace my battery at their expense. I am very impressed with the care this dealership gave me. They went way beyond what they were required to do. More

Maybe the 3rd times a charm.. Or NOT! First time at shop the part had to be ordered. A month later second time at the shop and 6 hours after having my vehicle, the part ordered was the wro First time at shop the part had to be ordered.
