Waste of a trip I made an appointment for my daughter to drive up there. She was to get an oil change, whatever mile service she was on, rotate tires and do engine r I made an appointment for my daughter to drive up there. She was to get an oil change, whatever mile service she was on, rotate tires and do engine recall. Appt was at 1:30, at 3:30 her car still wasn't in. From what I understand they did the oil change and rotated the tires, they told her she could get the service done anywhere and never mentioned the engine recall, so I am not sure it was done. She had to leave to pick up her son at 5:00. More
Unauthorized services Came in for check engine light. Let them know I had to be to work. 3 1/2 hours later I called to check on my car and they said they hadn’t finished fi Came in for check engine light. Let them know I had to be to work. 3 1/2 hours later I called to check on my car and they said they hadn’t finished fixing recalls. They never called to let me know what the trouble code was or if I wanted the part replaced. Never mentioned recalls. I had never agreed to these services. Even with an appointment I have never been out of here for service in under 4 hours. I actually spent $85 dollars the day before for an oil change and filter despite having the service plan through Lokey just to try to avoid an entire day wasted over a 30 minute job More

VERY SATISFIED The agent was very nice and promised time that the car would be ready and he was pretty much right on time . Disappointed I have the Platinum Fidelity warranty plan on my 2016 Kia Optima. In August 2018, I had my 30K mile service performed at Lokey, where I paid nearly $5 I have the Platinum Fidelity warranty plan on my 2016 Kia Optima. In August 2018, I had my 30K mile service performed at Lokey, where I paid nearly $500 to have everything on the vehicle checked and serviced. My battery was checked at this time (by the way, when it was still under manufacturer warranty) and no issues were detected. In September 2018, without warning, my car would not start-the battery was dead. I was able to jump it, and took it to Lokey for service. This time when the battery wss tested, it needed to be replaced: at the cost of nearly $400. My Platinum Fidelity warranty eould not cover the cost, because batteries lose their power over time. I have sent certified letters to both the dealership and Fidelity requesting a refund of fees paid for the battery--in light of the battery test performed one month earlier during expensive routine maintenance. I will find a new dealership for the future, and if you're considering buying a Kia, do not buy the Fodelity Platinum plan that does not cover a clear battery malfunction, versus a normal wear and tear issue. Very disappointing, all the way around. More
