Lacked care and fast service When I went in to drop off my car, there were only two people working and it seemed like neither one wanted to wait on me. When I went to pick up my car, they were more worried about how many dropped off cars there were and how far back the line went. I had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes before I was given my car and even then they didn't tell me how my car was. The service this time was not as good as last time. It really seemed like I was a burden to them. More

Service dept. I had a scheduled appointment and it took longer then if i just drove in. They did what they had to do, but it took 1 hour and 30 min.and i didn't eve I had a scheduled appointment and it took longer then if i just drove in. They did what they had to do, but it took 1 hour and 30 min.and i didn't even get the rugs vacuumed...i guess they pick and choose who get the rugs vacuumed because every time my mom goes hers get done with the oil and tire rotation. Overall good, missing a few things Zack was very nice and helpful. My car didn’t get washed like I asked for it to be. Great job! I've been going to Lokey for over 20 years and I have seen the service department only get better. Back then, no one wanted to go to the dealer becaus I've been going to Lokey for over 20 years and I have seen the service department only get better. Back then, no one wanted to go to the dealer because they felt they were robbed and overpriced. I have seen it change for the better and the service has only gotten better each year. I like having a service technician, who knows you and your car. That's also great for Lokey to have loyalty. My tech is Dave and he's always smiling, explains anything to me that I ask. He's never pushy and doesn't try to oversell me on stuff I don't need. I've bought 5 cars from lokey and will continue to do so. And my cars have always run great. More
