Service dept. I had a scheduled appointment and it took longer then if i just drove in. They did what they had to do, but it took 1 hour and 30 min.and i didn't eve I had a scheduled appointment and it took longer then if i just drove in. They did what they had to do, but it took 1 hour and 30 min.and i didn't even get the rugs vacuumed...i guess they pick and choose who get the rugs vacuumed because every time my mom goes hers get done with the oil and tire rotation. I got nothing but that's okay. Thank you More

Overall good, missing a few things Zack was very nice and helpful. My car didn’t get washed like I asked for it to be. Lacked care and fast service When I went in to drop off my car, there were only two people working and it seemed like neither one wanted to wait on me. When I went to pick up my car, they were more worried about how many dropped off cars there were and how far back the line went. I had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes before I was given my car and even then they didn't tell me how my car was. The service this time was not as good as last time. It really seemed like I was a burden to them. More

Great job! I've been going to Lokey for over 20 years and I have seen the service department only get better. Back then, no one wanted to go to the dealer becaus I've been going to Lokey for over 20 years and I have seen the service department only get better. Back then, no one wanted to go to the dealer because they felt they were robbed and overpriced. I have seen it change for the better and the service has only gotten better each year. I like having a service technician, who knows you and your car. That's also great for Lokey to have loyalty. My tech is Dave and he's always smiling, explains anything to me that I ask. He's never pushy and doesn't try to oversell me on stuff I don't need. I've bought 5 cars from lokey and will continue to do so. And my cars have always run great. More
