Oil Change and Tire Rotation On 4/12/2018, I took my KIA Sedona to Lokey KIA for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. I had an 11 AM appointment, and I had family issue arise, for whi On 4/12/2018, I took my KIA Sedona to Lokey KIA for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. I had an 11 AM appointment, and I had family issue arise, for which I needed to be home by 12PM, so I arrived at Lokey at 1035 and asked if it was possible to be done by 1145, so as to get home. The Service Advisor was Isabel Trejo, who completed my check-in and assured me that my vehicle would be done in time. So I went in to the Lokey Customer Waiting Room, which is totally awesome, with comfortable chairs, FREE Coffee and beverages, FREE Snacks, TV, and a pleasant atmosphere to relax. In about 30 minutes, Isabel came to tell me my van was finished. I had asked for Full Synthetic Oil to be serviced as opposed to the Synthetic Blend, which was originally serviced in my Sedona and I stated that I would pay any additional charges. I was told by Isabel that Lokey will perform 3 FREE Oil Changes per year, if you prefer Synthetic Blend Oil, OR 2 FREE Oil Changes Per Year using Full Synthetic Oil. I was very impressed to hear this benefit for all new and many used vehicles purchased at Lokey KIA. Also, I only had driven 5,000 miles during the year, so Tire Rotation was not required, per the Tire Tread Criteria. I was extremely satisfied and pleased with the service at Lokey and would recommend to all of our friends to buy there. More

Dave is my normal Service Advisor and is always friendly and without asking, sends my car to be washed when my service is done. The mechanics are always helpful if I need a repair explained to me. The fees are reasonable and they are respectful of my time. The parts guys are great with getting the little extra's I want for my Optima. Never a fuss. More

Always something I made an appointment online for Saturday, as I am a busy mom of 3. I am usually stuck @ the dealership for a minimum of 3 hours, when I have come in the past... just for oil change, filter replacement, and tire rotation. I specified exactly what I needed done online. When I got to Lokey Kia, the gentleman helping me told me, after reviewing notes, that he wouldn't be able to do all of the service requests. He told me they didn't have the parts... I was EXTREMLY disappointed ! I made this appointment days prior, why didn't anyone review my appointment information BEFORE I came in? Now I have to try to find time to spend hours @ Kia AGAIN Bc of the incompetence of Lowkey service department. Both men working that day did NOT have a smile on their faces and their deminor was uninviting! Definitely a horrible experience and inconvenience. Everytime I visit the waiting time is unreal. On one visit a customer, who had arrived before me, waited 3 hours for an oil change! More

This is the second time that during a regular oil change and tire rotation an extra item is done with no proper follow up and now I need to stop by your place to review how you could fix that. I was a bit disturbed since I would have thought my history would have been accessed before checking me out. More
Pushy service guy should be salesman I simply went in for an oil change. The guy persisted on trying to sell me 4 new tires IN CASE I needed them.
