A problem every time I come nothing but problems! Nothing but problems every time I go there and to get a manager to call me back forget about I don’t think one exists!! Unfortunately my door handle fell off I had to go to Kia and what happens the service guy puts a dent in my car backing out. But we won’t go back to when I first leased my car and Kia had my car for almost 2 mth brand new. The lack of competence then. Still waiting for manager to call from my service Tuesday that I left a msg. I won’t hold my breathe! Guess he’ll face the music when I’m standing at his door Friday because I was inconvienced and to come back in a 3rd time in one weeks. More

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Lokey Kia thus far (one from a salesman that was with Lokey before Mike came on board and one from Mike himself) and I'm preparing to purchase a 3rd. I've always had consistent communication between Mike and myself and have referred a few close friends and family to him so they can experience the same top-notch service I have, and I'll continue to do so for as long as I remain in this state (who am I kidding - I'll drive back so Mike can take care of me - he's just that good!!) Although Mike is a fantastic salesman, his shining quality is his personality. I've never met someone so simultaneously genuine and honest but also so jovial and fun. Mike also helped my father get into a vehicle when he needed one badly, so I am eternally grateful to him for that as well. In short, if you want to deal with an honest, no-BS, down-to-earth, and all-around great man, get with Mike. He'll work with you on your deal, bend over backward to get you in the car you want or need, and ensure you're a happy customer even after the deal has been done. Oil change and warranty issue I had taken my 2016 Soul to the Lokey dealership specifically for the purpose of having a issue that is covered under warranty fixed. My windshield wi I had taken my 2016 Soul to the Lokey dealership specifically for the purpose of having a issue that is covered under warranty fixed. My windshield wipers would no longer dispense fluid. I also decided to have them change the oil while there. After about 4 hrs I called to check on the status. I was advised that it was not covered under warranty and they would fix the issue for $80. I said no and picked up my vehicle. After paying a ridiculous amount for a simple oil change. Bottom line, do not take your KIA to this dealership! They overcharge and are not at all friendly or helpful. More
