Absolutely trash here. Went for 60k service and had fluid SOMEHOW make it into my taillights—this was quite awhile ago and STILL nothing to completely fix the issue—MONTHS Went for 60k service and had fluid SOMEHOW make it into my taillights—this was quite awhile ago and STILL nothing to completely fix the issue—MONTHS later. They acted like they did me a solid by saying they would pay for the taillights? Ridiculous! They are the ones who messed up even it was ME who “had to remind” them of the “before” pictures they always take to show there wasn’t any fluid in the lights on drop off. Sorry but this place is beyond ridiculous. They suck at every aspect and act is they are something special. Trash personalities, trash service and, you guessed it, trash experience. More

I went in to get my radio looked at because it has been acting up since it was replaced and I’m still having the same issues with the radio for which I brought in for to be fixed. Great service, friendly polite service people. I love that there are never any surprises. Lokey KIA personnel always inform you of everything they find and if any additional work needs to be done I love that there are never any surprises. Lokey KIA personnel always inform you of everything they find and if any additional work needs to be done let you know what it is and the cost. They even inform you of work that will need to be done but can be delayed. I always walk out of there feeling like I received great quality service. I would recommend them to anyone. More
