I understand that you finalized your purchase on your 2000 Sentra with us last night and to my knowledge, the treatment offered to you by Jim goins and Travis was very kind and professional and did not realize that you were given such a hard time by our other locations. I would kindly like to ask of you if you would consider rewriting your review and not include your experience of the St. Pete and Clearwater location due to the fact they are not run by the same General Manager, and it would hurt him knowing a consumer who was originally upset with them kinda vented out on us and on our Nissan rooftop review. Let me know what we need to do to make this right... I know that deep down inside, Lokey Nissan did what we could to go the extra mile to make you happy and by doing the deal with no pressure to buy whatsoever, unlike most stores that pressure and / or corner a customer into buying and that is something we do not practice here. Sam...You're right...Jim was also great. I feel he is the most genuine person I experienced in your facility. And you're also right, I was not pressured into buying the car, however, the finance guy is quite pushy when it comes to all the extra bells and whistles. However, my issues may have started with the St. Pete location, however, it's the Clearwater locations' customer service that I have an issue with. After we clearly explained what happened with the St. Pete location, we were assured it wouldn't happen with you guys -- yet it did...and worse. Taking time off work is costly to me, and to find it out was for absolutely nothing. I was pissed. Sam, I don't think you get what I'm trying to say at all. You are so concerned about a negative posting, but you should have been concerned about us when I was emailing this issue back and forth with Travis days ago. I know you guys saw the email(s) because Lauren even responded to it. I don't know why I would do a positive posting for a company that didn't do anything to make us happy. Your company made a deal it couldn't/wouldn't keep. Autoway had the same car, (for a cheaper price), but because we wasted time in your office, we lost out on that deal. I actually preferred the other car, but Lauren misled my husband into thinking you guys would give us the same price if we just came in that night. Simply because you guys are closer, I agreed to go to your office instead. Ultimately, the only reason we came back to your facility is because we lost out on the other car that day. So, if I was to redo the posting, it wouldn't sound much different - it would just stress the Clearwater location as my issue.
