I WALKED INTO THE SHOWROOM LOOKING FOR A SALESPERSON AND I MET A WOMAN IN THE HALLWAY AND ASKED HER IF SHE WAS A SALES PERSON AND SHE SAID WITH A SMILE I MOST CERTAINLY AM.SO I TOLD HER I WAS VERY INTERESTE I MET A WOMAN IN THE HALLWAY AND ASKED HER IF SHE WAS A SALES PERSON AND SHE SAID WITH A SMILE I MOST CERTAINLY AM.SO I TOLD HER I WAS VERY INTERESTED IN THE 2001 TOYOTA TUNDRA. SHE IMMEDIATLY GRABBED THE KEYS AND SAID LETS GO TAKE A LOOK AT IT. I HAD ALREADY GONE TO YOUR WEBSITE TO CHECK IT OUT,AND WHEH I SAW IT ,I HAD MY MIND MADE UP IT WAS THE VEHICLE THAT I WANTED TO PURCHASE.MIA WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE WE WERE GOOD FRIENDS.SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO TO MAKE THE SALE PROCESS COMPLETE AND UNCOMPLICATED.WE HAD THINGS IN COMMON,AND IT MADE THE SALES PROCESS A LOT OF FUN.I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A NOISE IN THE LEFT FRONT WHEEL,AND IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF IMMMEDIATLY AND CORRECTLY. I was looking for a fairly specific model used car and found a few in the area on cars.com. Lombard Ford was my first and last stop, I bought the car they had advertised. There was zero pressure from Dave or Mea and they were extremely friendly. The dealership went out of their way to make sure the car was ready to pickup the very next day. On pickup it was discovered the car did not have a second electronic key, and they covered the cost for having that made. I think when someone buys a car (or anything) there is always a sense that a better deal could have been made, which is why I did not rate 5 on price. However the buying experience for me was as good as it gets, including the follow-up calls regarding satisfaction. Lombard is a family business and their customer service reflects their strong reputation. More

My experience buying a 2008 Ford Explorer from Lombar Ford has been hassle free and painless. When I arrived at Lombard Ford to look at the Explorer I was amazed had how clean the interior of the vehicle was. I took the hour and a half drive to look at the vehicle I ended up purchasing, but when got to the dealership also had the chance to look at two other similar vehicles with price and miles in the same ball park as the one I purchased. All three vehicles were immaculate and worth an extra look and allowed me to compare features and utility. The staff and owner of Lombard Ford made my experience in buying a new vehicle a breeze, as I had pushed off buying something new because of bad experiences in the past. This is my third vehicle that I have bought and driven from this dealership and I would highly recommend anyone to check them out for themselves. More
