After having service work done on my car at other shops, I have returned to Lombard Ford because I trust the quality of work that they do on my car. They are honest, efficient, and communicate well. Spent about 4 hours with Rob and his staff while leasing a new Explorer. The entire experience was enjoyable, a variety of vehicles was offered and we were given our choice of what we found. After we decided on a vehicle, the staff worked quickly to get both our vehicle ready and financing in place in less than 2 hours!! When we returned for the vehicle, we were explained the inner workings of our Explorer and received a crash course on My Ford which is great!! I have owned over 30 cars/trucks in my life and let me tell you, i hate car shopping!! Many dealers are pushy and just generaly not in it for "you" and what you want. This however is not the case at Lombard Ford, all the employees seemed very friendly and "real", not just being fake to make the sale. My salesperson Mea Windecker was very friendly and down to earth and made buying the truck that i fell in love with a breeze. Every aspect of my purchase at Lombard went smoothly with no problems or hidden fees or anything of that sort. Not only was Mea a great salesperson but she is a genuinely great person who i consider a good friend now. Would i do business with Lombard Ford again?? Hell Yeah!! More

Mea's Approach was very friendly. Everyone there works together to help each other to benefit the customer. They are very honest and do all that they can to find whatever information the customer needs be together to help each other to benefit the customer. They return phone calls promptly and follow up with you to help answer questions and get whatever you need done to help you make your purchase and get what you want. It was truly a pleasure buying a new Ford Escape from this dealer. They were very personable. Not just friendly but absolutely heartwarming.
