I've owned several Fords and Chevy's and happened to be in the market for a new company SUV. I was helped by Corrine Markey at Lombard Ford who let me test drive the Escape Limited. She gave me the price of a left over 2010 compared to that and the lease or purchase of a new 2011'. She pointed out all the plusses and negatives of each option and we came to the conclusion that the 2010 purchase fully loaded Limited was a better bargain. At no time was she pushy or "headstrong" as most car sales people are. I left the lot; went up the road and test drove the Chevy Equinox. It was priced very similar to the Escape. The sales person however was a pain in the ass. I closed the deal with Corrine that day. Both she and her manager were very helpful and accomodating to my needs and got the best deal/ refunds available to me on that vehicle. I would highly reccommend Lombard Ford and their sales staff and would shop there again. More

But every experience at Lombard has been very positive. They do not waste your time and they don't treat you like a fool. I have wasted many hours at other dealers. But not at Lombard. It is 1.5 hours from our house, but it was worth it. We went to buy a used car for my wife (Mercury Milan) and ended up a week later going back to buy a new Focus for me. More
