He took us for a test drive and thorughly explained all the features of the 2011 Edge, the Synch system, etc. He was so good we stopped looking and ended up leasing a 2011 Ford Edge, which we absolutely love. When we came to pick up the car Michael went over all the paperwork with us taking care to ensure that we understood everything we were signing, what we were getting or not getting, what our obligations are, what our options are, etc. He was outstanding. Then Dave took over and walked us though the entire process of how to operate all the extras on the vehicle and would not let us leave the lot until we were satisfied that every question we had was answered and we felt comfortable in our new car. I would recommend this dealer for several reasons. First- the sales and finance representatives did not place any pressure on me to purchase a vehicle. Secondly, their finance department was competent. Within 10 minutes, I was able to get 0% interest where other dealers best rates were 4.99-6.49%. That alone will save me about $3,500 on interest. In addition to that, they were able to give me a great deal on the price of the car, so I feel I got a great deal! Lastly- when I purchased the car, they were able to register it quickly and deliver it to me on a very timely basis. Overall- I would strongly recommend this dealer and advise checking them out if you are looking into a Ford. More
