I I was at Lone Star Chevrolet July 15th 2021 for an oil change and tire rotation decided to check my fluids yesterday 7 29-21 there was no fluids no antifreeze no bug windshield washer I had to go out and change and tire rotation decided to check my fluids yesterday 7 29-21 there was no fluids no antifreeze no bug windshield washer I had to go out and purchase all of these items second time this has happened the first time I thought it was just an honest mistake but I took a year before I decide to come back and give it a chance and this happen again felt like it was an waste of $101 .16 Been coming to lone star since 2915 for my oil changes but last two times very disappointed More
there phones are never working there receptionist is verry rude when you ask to speak to a manager if they dont hang up on you they say "ill note this ad have someone call you back" i came in with few i verry rude when you ask to speak to a manager if they dont hang up on you they say "ill note this ad have someone call you back" i came in with few issues the AC didnt work the trunk latch didnt work and the XM radio was losing signal to be fair the latch and the AC work perfect the XM is still broken i pulled the headliner and wiggled the plug from the fin on the car and the XM came right on thats not all when i went to pick up the car the DIC said battery saver active i stopped got out and asked what it meant they said its nothing just means that battery dropped below certain level just drive it and it will go away so i did and been watching the voltage on DIC which i know is accurate i use my own tester to verify it went from a max of 15.7V and a min of 14.3V to a constant of 12.3v while running down the freeway for all measurements i knew better to let them work on my vehicle when it was a fight to get them to answer the phone More

I received my diagnostic test from OnStar to say I needed my oil change because I was on 5%, I called Mark, and asked if he could get me in& out by 8, because I had to he at work for 9, I got to the dealersh my oil change because I was on 5%, I called Mark, and asked if he could get me in& out by 8, because I had to he at work for 9, I got to the dealership at 6:45, there 5 cars ahead of me, when I asked again if I could be out by 8 he assured me I would. While there I had a had a cup of coffee and when this guy brought in some hot donuts I got one as well. By 7:50 Mark came in the waiting area to say I was finished. So Kuddos to you Mark for keeping your word...,,I’ll look you up when I need my next service appointment. More

Very very disappointed Do not go to Lone Star service department! Took my ‘15 Silverado in for a noise in the front end. I was told they knew exactly want it was (shaft jus Do not go to Lone Star service department! Took my ‘15 Silverado in for a noise in the front end. I was told they knew exactly want it was (shaft just needed to be greased...140.00). Then I get a call saying it too late for the shaft the whole gearbox needs to be replaced (2400.00). Thinking that was the problem I tell them to go ahead. I pick the truck up and it’s still making the same noise. So looks like I was shafted out of 2400.00. I take it back and the they say they fixed it by tightening a bolt.?. I pick it up and It’s still making the noise so I take it back again. I have been there 5! times and it’s still making the same noise. The last time they said both front struts were loose and that was the problem. It’s still making the noise so were they really loose??? Or did they just tell me that. I will say they are saying they will fix it at no charge because I’ve already paid 2400.00 for NO REASON but it’s still very aggravating. I would like to take it to a different dealer but then I will have to pay all over again. I would be willing to just call it a loss if they would reimburse me SOMETHING. More
