The best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I purchased a Z06 with Mathew Richey and the entire process took about one hour from start to finish. The negotiation was fair and straightforward, communication was quick, and there was none of the usual back and forth you often see at dealerships. Everything was handled in a very professional and efficient way. The manager, Michael, was also extremely helpful and made the process smooth. We were able to close the deal quickly and without any issues. GMS supported and close the deal with no problem. I truly appreciated how simple and respectful the entire experience was. Had to send my newly bought vehicle back to their service department three separate times because they could not do the small job correct the first two times. The service department is garbage. Not my words, those words came directly from their own people. However, I do agree with that statement. I spoke with several people to fix the issue and their way of solving it was for me to just keep bringing it back. They could never guarantee it would be corrected and certainly did not check the service department's work or verify they completed all issues before calling us to say vehicle was ready. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else.
