Terrific people! I was set to purchase an Audi Q5 over President's Weekend, but I decided to come check out a BMW X3 here at the last minute, I was glad I did! I closed on a great deal for the X3 thanks to the hard efforts of my sales consultant Serge. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and very patient with all my questions and concerns. He also went to bat for me, and got me the best possible deal. Without Serge's guidance, I would not have bought this car. I also want to thank Melony for convincing me to come visit the dealership in the first place. Additionally, Ali in Finance was a straight-shooter and got my deal finalized efficiently. Overall, this dealership has a very classy, no pressure approach. When you come here, it feels more like a café rather than a car dealership. Thank you I showed up without appointment and was well taken care of by Scott. the lady at the Loaner car desk was helpful with locating my insurance card onli I showed up without appointment and was well taken care of by Scott. the lady at the Loaner car desk was helpful with locating my insurance card online. Dropped off the care on Thursday evening and I did not hear anything from Scott until Friday evening. I had to call to find out if it was ready. 'Fault code for radiation flaps' was found this time. Not sure why it was not discovered with the first two services. I understand car is washed after the service? If washed, it was done poorly. Overall my experience was pleasant this time.
