The person that helped me did a brilliant job. My only concern is that the 2 wheels on the right side of car came back came with dents which I find unusual given the care the car is given. My MINI car battery gave out on a Saturday and the service dept had no available appointments but suggested I drop off my car for service the following Monday. ANTHONY MOORE, the service advisor, wen service dept had no available appointments but suggested I drop off my car for service the following Monday. ANTHONY MOORE, the service advisor, went out of his way to fit me in and check my warranty. My service was finished by closing time and he waited for me to make it back to the dealer to pick up my car. I absolutely appreciate ANTHONY and hope MINI knows his value to their dealership. More

Scott was fantastic in getting me in and out of the service department with a nice loaner. He later called me and said my car was ready but I was busy working so he said I can come in next day.
