I used to have suburban and whenever my oil was low they would fill it, now that I have a Cadilaac and having same issues, they said I can bring it back and have it filled for $20. More

We can certainly understand everyone's love of a complimentary oil top off, but as a business yourself, you must understand that no company is under any obligation to continue a service for free indefinitely. Based on the fact that you did not purchase the vehicle from us and you do not consistently service your livery vehicle here; it just doesn't make good business sense to continue this complimentary service.
