2015 F10 Lariat Neil and all the folks at Long Lewis Muscle Shoals went out of their way to accommodate me. When they didn't have a blue truck they found one in Arkan Neil and all the folks at Long Lewis Muscle Shoals went out of their way to accommodate me. When they didn't have a blue truck they found one in Arkansas and brought it back even though at that time I was iffy on trading. Could not be happier, no hard sales techniques not even the finance guy. Even delivered the truck and paperwork to me about 40 miles away and picked up my trades. More

Friendly Staff When my old car finally gave in and broke down, the first place my aunt and uncle took me to find a new car I could depend on was Long Lewis Ford beca When my old car finally gave in and broke down, the first place my aunt and uncle took me to find a new car I could depend on was Long Lewis Ford because of the excellent service they'd shown my cousin in the past, and it was definitely appreciated. I was able to find a car I liked with reasonable payments, and never once felt like I had to buy anything. It was all set up for me to look and find what I needed. Since then I managed to run over something and flatten a tire, but they patched it right up with no charge as soon as I brought it in. Definitely a friendly group, and greatly recommend them. More

He was very professional and extremely helpful. he is the kind of person you want to deal with every time you have to go through the process of buying a vehicle. I will come back to Blake wherever he may be for the next vehicle I purchase. I also will refer ever person that asks me where to go to buy a vehicle to blake. Service department is terrible First time I took a 2010 f150 in with 6k miles it was in there for a month. When I got it back it did it again. Just quit on me. This one is a 2013 wi First time I took a 2010 f150 in with 6k miles it was in there for a month. When I got it back it did it again. Just quit on me. This one is a 2013 with 14k miles. It has a complaint about the noise in the transmission which mine has. The first time it stayed 3 days then they said have to order parts. Said only have one transmission man. Told me to make appointment after the parts got in where it would be out by the evening. I did and now another delay and it won't be ready. They are good at selling them but they sure won't care about you if you have a problem later More
