At no time did Matt push or pressure us...he just told us about the features and asked if we'd want to come for a test drive. We live almost 200 miles from the dealership so we had to mull that over. In the meantime, Matt took the time to make and email me a video of the Outlander, inside and outside, highlighting all the special features. Everything was entirely up to us with no pushiness whatsoever. We needed a day trip so we went to Florence and Matt met us as we exited our car. I've never had an experience that comes close to the experience we had at Long Lewis Mitsubishi. Matt had even programmed out home address into the navigation system for an easy trip back home in the dark. Honestly the best car buying experience I have had. Normally I don't do reviews of products or services. I expect when I buy something it to be as advertised. But I have bought many cars over the years and the experience is never great. I really didn't expect much different from Long Lewis than my other experiences. But from the time I started looking at cars to the point in which I bought one was as smooth and stress free as you can make it. That is completely different any other time I have bought a vehicle. The staff and salesman were very helpful and not pushy at all. If my experience was half as good as it was, I would still recommend this dealership.
