People trust me on this. Stay as far away from these con artists as possible. They tried a bait and switch on me. After working out a deal with several text & phone calls, cleaning out my trade vehicle, acquiring funds & traveling 1 1/2 hours towards their dealership they called me to say another sister dealership had sold the truck & didn’t put the notice in their system so my salesman was unaware of the sale but they would find me another one just like it. He is the salesman who gave me two names, one the first time we spoke then another name a few minutes later when I was switched supposedly to a different salesman. Then he was stupid enough to tell me “oh that was me you spoke to the first time”. That my friend is what is called”Bait and Switch” and it’s very illegal ! They lure you to work with them with a low priced vehicle and sweet deal then try to sell you something else. I said no because I knew I was a victim of A “Bait and Switch” attempt. At the very least we will call Ford to file a complaint, and make as many people as possible aware of this dealer & what they tried to do to me. Bet I’m not the only one they’ve tried this on. Beware of this kind of dealer. Do your homework and verify that not only the vehicle is on the lot but it is really available to buy. I will make a dealer sign something from now on saying the vehicle is actually available for sale and sue the S- - t out of them if they sign it and it’s not ! You’ve been warned ! I did not & would not ever buy from this dealership. Neither should you ! More

The purchase was relatively easy and pleasant, with a few hiccups. However, after 18 days, our trade-ins have not been paid off. We were told it was because the payoffs would be made by paper check. Lauren was so professional, so helpful, so kind & so considerate dealing with us regarding the recall on the vehicle. She answered all my questions and eased my worries concerning any additional fees for servicing the vehicle. She kept us updated, every work day, regarding the progress of fixing the ecosport. Once the engine came in, the vehicle was fixed in short order. When we went to pick it up, Lauren & Chris greeted us and were so pleasant & professional. They really wanted to make us feel at ease. They told us about why the entire engine had to be replaced and answered all of my brother’s questions (he’s a car enthusiast). They were patient in dealing with us.
