Best Place to Buy A Car or Truck I have purchased many car over the years and have worked at three dealerships yet, I can truly say the best overall experience that I had was at Long I have purchased many car over the years and have worked at three dealerships yet, I can truly say the best overall experience that I had was at Long-Lewis Ford in Prattville. The buying process couldn't have been more professional and courteous, the service was quick and efficient, and the handling of a customer service issue was simply excellent. I had an issue with the extended warranty contract and the financial manager, Quin Tang, took care of it with the highest level of professionalism and outstanding customer service. Once the item had been handled he called to explain what had been done and to call him if I had any questions. I will always buy my future cars from this dealership and recomend that my family and friends do the same. More

Amazing customer care I bought a car from Long Lewis a couple of months back. From the test drive to the instruction provided, customer care was definitely their number 1 p I bought a car from Long Lewis a couple of months back. From the test drive to the instruction provided, customer care was definitely their number 1 priority. My salesman was Chris. 3 weeks into owning it, I broke the back window (weed whacker kicked up a rock and hit the back window). I called Long Lewis on a weekend when the service counter was closed, but the receptionist told me she would get something done for me, and asked if they could call me back. I told her absolutely, and didn't expect a call until Monday (this was a Saturday). 10 minutes later, I got a call from Chris. I was blown away by the care that was provided. This dealership truly treats you like a valued customer, and has a very low stress buying process. I will definitely return here, and recommend this dealership to everyone I know looking for a car.
