Brett parker was the service advisor called to make appointment had to cancel. Brett reschedule took my f250 in a on a monday . he than had in checked and called to let me know the cost and that the p appointment had to cancel. I had bought this F350 heavy duty crew cab truck diesel new from another dealership,the truck is 25 years old. My truck was hardly drive-able clutch master/slave issue and had some cold start issues. I was under a time crunch, as our home is being sold and had to close in a few days. In addition it was our anniversary. I can recommend the service representative Ronson Hagan who got everything done in time for me to get everything else removed from my house and for me to get home in time to get cleaned up for our anniversary celebration.
