Our salesman Tom Berry was really good. He was direct, friendly, knowledgeable and worked with the sales manager to get us a fair deal on our trades and purchase. The listened to what we wanted and delivered that at a fair price. They (sales manager and Tom) didn’t waste our time going back and forth. They were honest and professional, but at the same time made us feel cared for, like family. We would 100% buy from this dealership again. Great customer service. If I could give Tom 6 stars I would. Always had the Dealership service the trucks but couldn't ever buy one in town. This is the first time I have tried since Maroone took over but I will say great job. A few calls and text and not much over an hour from the time I walked in until I drove out. They did give me the wrong spare key to my new truck so I will see how soon they get the correct one sent to me. I'm holding the new FOB to a F350 hostage until I get it in the mail More

Which oil is new? Both are new oil straight from the motor dipstick after different oil changes, one from Maroon and one from another shop. The Maroon shop oil is the darker (A castrol high miles syn) vs the same oil type from a real shop. I questioned the oil color with the Maroone shop MGR / tech and the excuse was there is "old residual" oil in the pan.....my xxx.....Im calling you out, THE OIL WAS NEVER CHANGED. This little test took 2 different oil changes to prove integrity lost with some people. NEVER GOING BACK TO MAROONE, ALWAYS TALKING BAD ABOUT THIS. I worked with Manny at the dealership to purchase a new truck. We went back and forth on the pricing via phone and text and he ended up beating 4 other dealerships on price for the vehicle I wanted. I had truck. We went back and forth on the pricing via phone and text and he ended up beating 4 other dealerships on price for the vehicle I wanted. I had my own bank financing in hand but they were able to beat the rate with Ford financing. The onsite visit took about an hour to sign and inspect everything and I was on the road in my new truck. Everyone I worked with there including Manny in sales, Brian in accessories and Dakota in finance was great to work with. I will definitely be coming back here next time I am in the market for a Ford. Tip: Know what you want and the price you are ready to pay. Shop around and compare prices on that exact vehicle and see if the team here will beat it. More
