Thank you Ms. Gonzalez for sharing your viewpoint and allowing us this opportunity to review and respond. The 1st visit, for your 2014 ES300 was for a warning lamp which required a hybrid battery replacement. The hybrid battery was still under warranty and there was no cost to you. However, our technician and service team made several recommendations such as, the car was burning oil, one bald tire and the vehicle had the wrong AUX 12 volt battery installed. You respectfully declined all our recommendation. The 2nd visit was again for a warning lamp, but the failure was the 12-volt battery that was recommended at your 1st visit. Although our technician did not have to waive the diagnostic fee, we did this as a goodwill gesture, and you had to pay for the battery. The pre-existing damage was pretty substantial to your front bumper and for this it was unsafe to drive through our car wash. The complimentary loaner, while vehicle was in our shop was returned to Longo with a strong odor of smoke along with the fuel indicator on low. We don’t use napkins in our shop, but we will look further into this matter internally. As of today, the cleaning fee on the rental is still outstanding.
