K I would not recommend dealer. I took my car in twice the first time was for the hybrid battery which that was a good service experience. This second and last time hasn’t been as g I took my car in twice the first time was for the hybrid battery which that was a good service experience. This second and last time hasn’t been as good of an experience first they wanted to charge me the diagnostic which they had done for the hybrid battery and now it was the regular battery and when I picked up car the car was filthy front windshield was splattered with some type of red sugary beverage that appearently had dried up, and I had to inform them n ask if they would clean up the windshield, also bird poop all around the exterior of car which due to front bumper damage they’re not able to wash the car which is understandable, but they didn’t vacuum the car , the first time they did detail the inside of my vehicle but this time they did not as a matter of fact they left the dirty napkins in there with oil. And I get a call a day and a half later saying that they’re going to bill me $200 because it smells like smoke in the car when they had it for a day and a half and nobody told me nothing when I turned it in which I was there for over half an hour unloading my car and the guy who took it or anybody after that did not tell me anything I didn’t hear from them for a day and a half the guy I spoke to wasn’t aware that I had picked my car up n was inquiring when I was going to be in to pick up my car. I asked why I was not informed that car smelled like smoke which it’s not likely to smell like smoke when nobody smoked in that car . So for the lack if communication with customer, I am very unsatisfied. More

Brought my 2019 Lexus NX to their collision center for repairs on April 4th and let me say, I wish I had taken it somewhere else. First off, the staff just waits for things to happen on their own. They don’t follow up with suppliers nor insurance companies when there are any issues. My insurance forgot to approve couple of items, the collision staff did not care to follow up (2 weeks passed) I wasn’t aware of this until I called the estimator from Longo, so then I proceeded to call my insurance and they right away approved the missing items. One of the items was the headlamp. My insurance assigned a supplier to get the head lamp from. Two weeks later I called the estimator (Richard) for an update (mind me, if I wasn’t the one calling the collision center I wouldn’t get any phone calls, emails, updates from them). Again, they let 2 weeks passed without trying to reach the supplier nor my insurance. I proceeded to call my Insurance to have them approve a different supplier to provide the headlamp and my insurance right away got in contact with the collision center and approved it. A week passed only part missing was the bumper. On June 3rd I called Richard to get an update, I was told the delivery date for the bumper was June 4th. He was not aware of this because he didn’t care to follow up until I called for an update. June 6th I got a phone call from my insurance saying that my car will be ready until June 24th. If Richard had kept up with delivery dates he could have scheduled earlier repairs. They had my car sitting in their garage for 2 1/2 weeks before they decided to work on it. Now I have to wait three more weeks. Almost three months total to get my car fixed. I get it some parts were back order but the lack of urgency and communication from longo staff is frustrating. More
