Stopped by for a 50K maintenace, the staff by the drop off area was very polite and professional. Made sure i grabbed all my items from my car and then immediate placed a plastic cover on my steering whe off area was very polite and professional. Was assigned by Jim, I told him that I might also need new wipers as well. He intrroduced me to the car detailing program that they had, i denied it and he was not being pushy at all. Just told me to keep in mind that they have that service as well. Price on the wiper blades were on par with other retailers, so it was not the usual dealer jacked up price. Techs were also able to install with no addiional cost. My maintence service was done in a day and it was a smooth experience. More
