Was assigned by Jim, I told him that I might also need new wipers as well. He intrroduced me to the car detailing program that they had, i denied it and he was not being pushy at all. Just told me to keep in mind that they have that service as well. Price on the wiper blades were on par with other retailers, so it was not the usual dealer jacked up price. Techs were also able to install with no addiional cost. My maintence service was done in a day and it was a smooth experience. More
