Both my girlfriend and I have bought our cars from Longo and have been extremely happy with the service and sales process. It may have something to do with our sales person but I have yet to deal with anyon and have been extremely happy with the service and sales process. It may have something to do with our sales person but I have yet to deal with anyone there that has been anything less than polite and friendly. As long as I am in CA and buying a Lexus, I will be gonig to Longo. More

Got that kinda slimey dealer feeling when I bought my car. I think I could have gotten a better deal had I gone somewhere else. Loved the car- it was worth it - but I think I could have done better. When I turned the car in - I had to wait FOREVER when I made an appointment to be seen. That made me not go back to them when I bought my next Lexus a bit later. More
