Nurul is a very friendly salesman to work with. He made our car purchase a pleasant experience in a relaxed atmosphere. He negotiated a fair deal with his superiors and came back with a printout showing the particulars of the purchase, including money factors, etc. This is the second lease that we have made through Nurul and both times he made sure were we getting the car we wanted, not a second or third choice. After agreeing on the terms, Nurul brought us over to the financing. That too was a pleasant non-pressured event. David Ishida, Financial Services Manager, was very friendly,thoroughly explaining the terms of the contract including any other options that were available that could be added to the contract, but definately no arm twisting. Upon completion of the paperwork, Nurul brought us out to our new car that was fully detailed and ready to go. After going over the operation of the vehicle, we pulled out of the lot as another satisfied Longo Lexus customer! More

He did not try to dictate what we were to see, and allowed us to go at our own comfortable pace with regards to deciding on the right vehicle for us. Generally, buying a car is a stressful experience, but in this case, AJ made it easy for us. I probably would have tried to get a little better price on the vehicle, but my family and I had such a positive experience working with AJ, that we decided to take a reasonable offer and conclude the purchase.
