I came in on saturday for a flat tire and was kindly informed that i wouldn’t be able to be assisted or attended to until the upcoming Monday. It was a nice offer but i decided to come back the following Monday after noting my busy weekend and i would need a vehicle. There were no loan cars, so i bit the bullet. I come in on monday and im served by Robert Ho, a nice gentleman, i got service the same day but i don’t appreciate how i was lied to. I was informed there were again NO loan cars. So with my busy schedule i stayed for the 2 hours. While there, for the first hour my vehicle was sat upfront for the first hour until someone finally decided to move it to the back to be parked. As i’m waiting around, i could overhear and see people switching out loan cars. So curiosity got the best of me and i ask, “hey there aren’t any loan cars available right?” and the kind people at the loan car department told me they had plenty. so now im irritated cuz the whole time i was stuck there, i could’ve been out visiting my grandmother. When i was informed that there were No loan cars, but instead i had to miss it,. and now im here ranting to a screen in hopes to be heard. My time is super valuable, as im sure is everyone’s that works there is as well. But to be told one thing and to know it was a lie for who knows what benefit, hurts, and irritates me. To lie about something so small makes me lose trust in a reputable dealer like longo. I hope in the future, i could say i was pleased with the service. More
