Marc listened and understood my needs and responded with photos and answers as well solutions that met - exceeded my needs! Pictures, documents all came flooding in, then follow up calls to review and confirm. Next, he heard I did not have a second driver to drive what I suspected would be a successful sale and he got that taken care of as well. I saw the car and it was just as described and promised to be in ALL aspects and we had time to get to know one another. Wow I bought a car and made a friend - now that is a first for me! More
