At the previous dealership, I inquired about a black-on-black hybrid RAV4, only to be directed to the lot without further assistance. When I confirmed none were available, the associate offered no additional help. In contrast, when I arrived at Toyota Longo and shared my needs with Matt, he immediately acknowledged that the specific model wasn’t on the lot but took proactive steps to assist me. He walked me to the used RAV4s, offered a test drive to ensure I liked the model, and proposed options like transferring a vehicle or checking incoming inventory.
