I had an incredible experience working with Tony at Longo Toyota in Prosper! He was patient, flexible, and truly went above and beyond to try to make a deal happen — even though in the end we couldn’t close Toyota in Prosper! He was patient, flexible, and truly went above and beyond to try to make a deal happen — even though in the end we couldn’t close because of limitations on the trade-in from GM Financial. Despite the hurdles, the entire experience was fantastic. Tony is extremely courteous, professional, and always reachable. Anytime I needed to call or check in, he was available and ready to help, making me feel valued as a customer every step of the way. Even though we couldn’t finalize the deal this time, I will absolutely be coming back to work with Tony again in the future. Highly recommend him and the Longo Toyota team! More
