The greeter was extremely kind and respectful. Then I was introduced to the service advisor. His name is Michael Garcia. He took the data of the car and then completed the forms. He informed that the car would be ready in two or two and half hours and I could wait in the lounge. Coffee etc. really nice. I went home anyway and he called me back to pick up the car. It was washed, yes! really nice. I like the service and will take my Buick there from now on and ask for Mr. Michael Garcia as well. More
