I will definitely never return to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. For the second time, I was charged additional costs that were not clearly presented by the finance manager during the p vehicle from this dealership. The lack of transparency and clarity is extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of giving Lorenzo Buick GMC a second chance. I was also charged over $4,000 for an extended warranty. However, when I returned just a week later to address a front-end vibration issue, I was told to take the vehicle to a Jeep dealership because Lorenzo Buick GMC did not have the proper tools or expertise to diagnose the problem without additional cost. Charging customers for an extended warranty while being unable to diagnose or repair the vehicle you sold raises serious concerns about the level of service provided after the sale. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
I paid over $2,000. For the repair of airbag light that stop turning off and which affected the touch screen. Which is now frozen ever since the light stop turning off. When I stop by to pick up the Cadi, I notice the screen was still Frozen in the same mode that I left car to be repaired About 10 days later I was told car was ready. Yes the airbag light was now off but the touch screen is still frozen. No reset was done after the repair. A reset had to be done to unfreeze the screen. When any electronic repair is done reset must be done so the entire system is back to default. I was given all sort of explanations and so Mr. Schumacher suggested to do a battery disconnection reset. It was done in front of me. which was disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, then reconnecting the battery and starting the car again. That did not work. And that was it I had to take my car home and see how I was going to handle this problem . I am very disappointed with Lorenzo Buick GMC, And I bought that car at Lorezo Buick GMC. This 2017 CTS Cadillac is in impecable conditions and only has 39,564 Miles. Very disappointed! Jorge E Hernandez More
