Jorge Vazquez was great but the Dealerhip needs some training in Customer Awareness. Phones ring and are never answered, the Sales Manager is worthless, he just walks around doing nothing when he could training in Customer Awareness. Phones ring and are never answered, the Sales Manager is worthless, he just walks around doing nothing when he could answer phones. He avoids questions from Customers and has no empathy for Customers needing help. It also appears that the Dealership are participating in unethical practices e.g. not passing two keys/fobs to Buyers. I believe GM should investigate this Dealership. More
The salesman Alex was great, the problem was picking up the car, no one could find the keys and not until I voiced my dissatisfaction was any thing done about it, then only one person the finance young lad the car, no one could find the keys and not until I voiced my dissatisfaction was any thing done about it, then only one person the finance young lady made a conscious effort to find the keys, I waited 40 minutes to get the keys.
