Jorge Vazquez was great but the Dealerhip needs some training in Customer Awareness. Phones ring and are never answered, the Sales Manager is worthless, he just walks around doing nothing when he could training in Customer Awareness. He avoids questions from Customers and has no empathy for Customers needing help. It also appears that the Dealership are participating in unethical practices e.g. not passing two keys/fobs to Buyers. I believe GM should investigate this Dealership. More
