I turned in my car on January 30 of this year(this car was a lease) I took out another lease on the same day . GMC called me everyday about the car I turned the same day . Finally the car was purchased by was a lease) I took out another lease on the same day . GMC called me everyday about the car I turned the same day . Finally the car was purchased by the dealer 6 mos after I had turned in . I called the GM left a message in reference to this and didn’t even return my call. I’ve worked in deal-ship and this is not the way you do business. I even called the girl who does the lease paperwork I left a message and just like the GM didn’t give a xxxx of the problem that was happening with the car I turned. I told GMC the mileage this car I had turned in I told I don’t plan on paying anything for there incompetent. Thank you for listening what bother me the most that NO ONE had the courtesy to call and tell what happened. Every time I called the sales person would tell me the car is on the lot and would OK why hasn’t anyone called GMC so they would stop harassing me. I can go on and on by why waste my time. I went 2 to the dealer ship and still nothing was done!!!!!! I hope u can fix the problem with your staff. Thank u More
