I been trying to get someone to help with my trading that has not been payoff and Chase keeps calling me about the payment, no one can get give me an answer and I keep calling Rafael the saleperson he keep has not been payoff and Chase keeps calling me about the payment, no one can get give me an answer and I keep calling Rafael the saleperson he keep telling me that he will call me back. I have not gotten a respond back. I've been dealing with this issue for the past 3 weeks. I even Try to ask for accounting they put me on a wait and the phone rings up. This is really bad bad bad customer service.... I also went there in person to fix a little issue on my car and the saleperson told me that they couldn't fix and i know it can be fix. Its something that only take it 10 minutes to fix. More

Ara was very helpful and made it possible to purchase my new car with minimal contact. I was able to make one trip to the dealership and was only there for about one hour signing paperwork before I could dr new car with minimal contact. I bought a car. First I had to ask for a spare key. They told me I had to pay for it and later I got it free. Then when the car was already paid in full they told me that they had made a mistake and I have told me I had to pay for it and later I got it free. So now I have fully paid for a car that has to stay at the dealer for weeks until I have the new title . Who knows what will happen to the car in the meantime. This is really bad. More
