I thought the service was great and was helped immediately. I don't agree with price mark ups on parts and quality of GMC vehicles and products is questionable. I asked if fluids and other inspections were checked, I was assured that wiper fluid was topped off it was not it was still empty, I question the service I received. Overall, not impressed with GMC. The service manager was tentative. More

Just bought a 2013 Dodge Journey and I was told they were going to do a oil change, wash the car but none of those things were done. Additionally they sold me the car with airbag parts that were order and ne going to do a oil change, wash the car but none of those things were done. The Bluetooth of the car stop working as well a day after purchase which I mention to the seller and he said he couldn’t do anything about to go to a dodge dealer to fix. I guess those are the cons of purchasing a car cash. More
