The sales representative (Gerardo Perez), helping me called me crazy, he said if I thought I was going to take that car home for the internet price I must be crazy. I walked into Lorenzo Buick GMC on Oc called me crazy, he said if I thought I was going to take that car home for the internet price I must be crazy. I walked into Lorenzo Buick GMC on October 12, 2020 at 5:20 PM, after spending several hours talking with my designated sales man ***** taking the car for a test drive and thoroughly inspecting it *During this time the price listed on the internet was brought up SEVERAL times and me being reassured by him not to worry that we could make that price happen* he sits me down and tells me he will sit with his manager to speak about the price, fee's, taxes to come back with a final price. After waiting 45 MINUTES for him to do this he comes back with an absurd price over 10K above the internet price. When I ask him to please break down this price to see if we can maybe negotiate this down and come to an agreement he started the discussion off by saying "If you think you're going to take this car home for the internet price or anything near it you are crazy." calmly I responded just asking for him to better explain the price and bring the manager (Julio Fernandez) over so there is no more back and forth or a middle man. Upon discussing the price once again I remind them of what the internet price was and they looked at each other only to continue laughing once again saying I was crazy. The amount of disrespect I felt towards myself and the impact my self esteem took has been beyond words, this company does not deserve to be open and the employees including the manager should all be replaced and better trained. More
